Program of 4 60-minute classes with one of our coaches. Dedicated specifically to introduce, train, and guide the athlete through the CrossFit movements and workouts in a typical group class.

1 - on - 1 Training
60-minute instruction and/or training dedicated to the athlete focusing on predetermined goals and results. Scheduling is based upon availability of desired coach.
