⭐ MURPH 2021⭐

Every year we since we've been open, we make Memorial Day an event to complete the MURPH.


It's a workout that begins with a 1 mile run, followed by 100 pull-ups, 200 pushups, 300 air squats, and ends with...a 1 mile run. Whew!

If that's not too troublesome, go ahead and add a 20 or 14 pound vest to make it interesting. 😮

This year was our best ever! Yeah, we may be biased, but it was fun to host an event like this for so many people.

We spent a ton of time, sweat, and Kill Cliffs (#killcliff) to get the venue prepared and organized. We had so many people that we needed walkie talkies to remain engaged and ahead of the program. 😂
