If you are new to CrossFit, do not worry. We have a program for you! Our Fundamentals program consists of 4 60-minute classes with one of our coaches. These sessions are dedicated to you specifically to introduce, train, and guide you through the CrossFit movements and workouts you would see in a typical group class.
There are no excuses in the Fundamentals program.
Don't have pull-ups? We've got something else for you.
Can't do a pushup? We've got something else for you.
Bad knees or back and cannot run? We've got something else for you.
We will always scale to the capacity of our athletes.
We will get you ready for the group classes in no time!
